In a way, it is the creation of this 5th offering in the collection that I have to thank for the impetus that started Carl Mullaney London.
In February 2020, before the madness of the great pandemic, I decided to celebrate my birthday by throwing a vintage afternoon tea party for my friends and family in our local village hall.
Knowing that I wanted candles quite literally everywhere to make the hall look and smell amazing, I searched the internet for an ‘afternoon tea’ themed candle, but alas couldn’t find anything. So, I simply decided to create my own.
In this, my most complex blend of the collection, I have layered rich notes of Lady Grey tea, cucumber sandwiches and champagne, and fused them together over a base of freshly baked scones.
Classic, refined, elegance.
